“Exciting times ahead for Sooke Brewing Company! We are building a brand new brewery, from the ground up, in the heart of downtown Sooke. The Development Permit for the brewery is now at the District of Sooke and once approved, the construction will start! This will be a full commercial production brewery capable of brewing up to 1500 litres at a time! Specific Mechanical in Saanichton will be building this for us and construction can take upwards of 5 months just for the tanks and brewhouse!
We are very moved by all of Sooke’s support and cannot wait to open this winter, to serve all the great people of this small town that we have lived in our entire lives.”
